The building services and cleaning industry is indispensable. Allpura is its strong voice in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. As an employers' association, we represent the interests of our members towards politics, business, and society, actively shape vocational education and training as well as further education, and advocate for attractive prospects and good framework conditions in our industry.

At the same time, we are strongly rooted regionally and close to our members. Our regions bring companies together, promote exchange, and make Allpura tangible on site. We want to support and make this regional work even more visible through communication.

For this, we are further developing our communication – from website and social media to media and association communication, as well as member information, advocacy, and communication for our regions.

Your responsibilities

You are our communication all-rounder and ensure that Allpura and the topics of our industry are professionally and effectively visible across all relevant channels. In doing so, you work closely with the managing director, the team, and our regions.

Specifically, this means:

• Planning, creating, and continuously developing our social media presence – from topic planning and content creation to publication
• Managing and further developing our website and digital communication channels
• Editing newsletters, press releases, specialist articles, and other communication materials
• Public relations and media work
• Communication around education, members, regions, events, partners, and industry projects
• Communicative support of our regions and regional committees as well as making their activities visible
• Collaboration in advocacy and political communication in close cooperation with the managing director
• Further development of member communication and the digital member area
• Conceptualisation and implementation of communication projects and campaigns
• Ensuring a consistent and professional appearance of Allpura across all channels

Your profile

• Completed training as a Communication Specialist or equivalent qualification
• Further training in social media, digital communication, online marketing, or comparable digital specialisation is an advantage
• Solid professional experience in a versatile communication role
• Very good social media skills and experience in the professional management and development of social media channels
• Strong sense for storytelling, relevant topics, and target group-appropriate content
• High digital affinity and confident handling of website/CMS and digital communication tools
• Very good editorial skills and confident German language
• Ability to prepare complex topics in an understandable, concise, and attractive manner
• You are a team player, enjoy working with different people and stakeholders, and actively contribute
• Strong hands-on mentality: you develop ideas and also implement them independently
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Interest in business, education, association work, and advocacy
• French is an advantage
