MANAGING DIRECTOR Spitex Sissach and Surroundings – Leading with Vision, Shaping the Future

Our Spitex, with around 75 employees, stands for professional care and support at home. For the operational management and sustainable development of our organisation, we are seeking a committed leader who combines entrepreneurial thinking with humanity.

Your area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, and financial management of the organisation
• Ensuring economic management including budget and results responsibility, financial controlling as well as analysis of relevant key figures and transparent reporting to the board and the commissioning municipalities
• Implementation of strategic goals in collaboration with the board
• Leadership and development of employees as well as promotion of constructive collaboration
• Ensuring care quality, efficient operational processes, and needs-based service delivery
• Further development of the organisation as well as maintenance and expansion of important partnerships and networks

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in healthcare
• Strong business management skills and strategic, entrepreneurial thinking
• Understanding of financial contexts as well as experience in budgeting and controlling
• Good understanding of economic and organisational interrelations
• High social competence, strong communication skills, and diplomatic tact
• Decisiveness, initiative, and strong implementation skills
