Job Description

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support the evolution of Back Office applications related to commodity trading activities.

You will work on critical processes such as confirmation, clearing, invoicing and reconciliation, acting as a link between business teams and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and formalise business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Write User Stories, Features and Epics.
• Manage and prioritise the Product Backlog.
• Participate in Sprint Planning and releases.
• Coordinate testing and acceptance phases.
• Ensure follow-up of anomalies and their resolution.
• Provide functional support and train users.
• Participate in application evolution and maintenance projects.
• Be the primary point of contact between Business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Computer Science, Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional writing and backlog management.
• Good understanding of Back Office processes and information systems.
• Experience in the finance or trading sector is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English.
