Electrician / Service Technician with Customer Focus
Activities
- Independently perform service work in the private customer sector
- Plan, coordinate and carry out service and repair work
- Accompany projects from consultation to final documentation
- Competently advise customers on technical questions regarding their own home
- Provide on-call service for customer support outside regular working hours
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician EFZ (Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence) or electrician EFZ
- Experience in the service technician field
- Motivated and positive attitude with enjoyment of customer contact
- Leadership skills and strong teamwork ability
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
