With us, you take on a key role in the production flow: You manage orders end-to-end – from work preparation through planning to release and monitoring. You get the best out of our procurement processes, negotiate clever terms and ensure that data, materials and capacities work perfectly together.

Your Responsibilities
- Maintenance and further development of master data, work plans and bills of materials
- Definition of efficient manufacturing processes, technical and organisational preparation of manufacturing documents
- Conducting cost calculations as well as preparing offers and invoices
- Procurement of order-related raw and consumable materials as well as tools
- Coordination and awarding of external services (outsourcing)
- Interface function between customers and production
- Planning, control, release and monitoring of production orders taking into account capacities and material availability
- Ensuring data quality and quality standards as well as contributing to process optimisations and digitalisation projects
You Bring
- Technical basic training (e.g. automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ or comparable) and ideally further training in commercial/business administration
- Several years of experience in AVOR, material procurement, production planning/control, order processing and internal sales
- Confident handling of ERP/PPS systems (preferably Abacus)
- Good technical understanding as well as knowledge of the product development process and quality management (ISO 9001:2015); experience in lean management is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, organisational strength, communication and negotiation skills as well as very good German language skills
