About the job
The Hospitals of Schaffhausen include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen practices as well as the Neurology Practice Schaffhausen Centre. With over 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Each year, we care for around 11,000 inpatients and 90,000 outpatients. In addition, we are an important training centre in the canton.

For a student of the commercial school, we offer an internship position in the Therapies Secretariat. The internship lasts from 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2028.
A committed, competent and cheerful team awaits you! In the Therapies department, the areas of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and training therapy work interdisciplinarily hand in hand. We care for patients throughout the entire treatment chain – from the ICU to outpatient follow-up care.

What Awaits You
- You support the Therapies Secretariat with daily administrative tasks.
- You get to know outpatient therapy planning from admission to completion.
- You are the contact person for clients as well as therapists.
- You obtain cost approvals from the cost bearers.
- You assist with material orders and mail coordination.
- You learn about the sale and rental of therapy materials.
