This is what a customer advisor does:

• Sale of insurance and pension solutions as well as new customer acquisition, support and expansion of the existing customer base
• Analysis of customer needs, identification of risks and presentation of individual solutions for your customers
• Personal support of private customers as well as regional small and medium-sized enterprises in the area of property, personal and life insurance

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training, VBV certification is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you love to work independently
• Authentic, winning and empathetic personality
• Enjoyment in acquiring new customers through active networking
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Good IT user skills 
• Driving licence

Your daily tasks are:

• Analysis of customer needs
• Recognising and highlighting customer risks
• Sale of customised solutions
• Support and expansion of the customer portfolio
