What to expect
- You independently handle cases mainly from the areas of tenancy, contract, criminal and traffic law
- You advise our insured persons and represent them in legal disputes
- You conduct negotiations with opposing parties, authorities, lawyers and insured persons
- You accompany external legal mandates and assess the prospects of success and cost control
What you bring with you
- You have a university degree in law, ideally complemented by a lawyer's licence or a comparable further qualification.
- You bring professional experience in the relevant legal areas.
- You convince through negotiation skills, customer orientation and a pronounced assertiveness.
- You have fluent German skills; good English and Italian skills are an advantage.
