Are you looking for a task that is meaningful and where you can contribute your strengths - even without classical nursing or social training?
At the Bubenberg Foundation, we offer you the opportunity to start as a lateral entrant in supporting people with support needs and to gain valuable experience.
Your tasks
In your daily routine, you accompany our residents in their home, support them in organizing their everyday life, and take on simple nursing tasks. You will be introduced and supported by experienced professionals so that you gain confidence step by step. With your
openness, empathy, and joy in dealing with people, you contribute to our residents feeling comfortable and promoting their independence.
What you bring
You bring life experience, responsibility, and team spirit and are eager to learn new things. Specific training is not necessarily required - what matters more to us is your motivation, reliability, and willingness to develop professionally.
