Transport Team Leader (m/f) 100%
Your tasks
- Planning and coordination of transport orders in the German-speaking part of Switzerland with our own fleet and external freight forwarders
- Coordination and monitoring of transport processes taking into account delivery dates, transport costs and impeccable quality
- Communication and coordination with customers, drivers, freight forwarders and other internal and external partners
- Leadership of the driver team with 14 employees
- Optimisation of processes and workflows in dispatch
- Support in the procurement process of new vehicles
Your qualities
- Ideally industry-specific vocational training as well as experience in operational dispatch
- Hands-on mentality
- Driving licence category C and CE advantageous
- High customer orientation, communication skills and team spirit
- Organisational, planning and decision-making strength, reliable and independent working style
- Good geographical knowledge of Central Switzerland and the Midlands, ideally complemented by good knowledge of the rest of Switzerland
- Good IT user skills in MS Office
