Your tasks
Your mission
The internal test laboratory of the Neutrik Group plays a central role in the Customer Test Facility programme (CTF). We focus on driving technological innovations and meeting the high quality standards in the development of our products. Our primary goal is to continuously optimise the products of the Neutrik Group and exceed our customers’ expectations. In doing so, the laboratory makes a significant contribution to technological excellence and high customer satisfaction.
For a period of 12 months, we are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our Test Laboratory and actively contribute to the further development of our testing and certification landscape.
Your tasks
- Development and specification of test concepts for electrical and optical connection components as well as cable systems
- Independent development of test hardware, test programmes and necessary aids
- Execution and evaluation of development-accompanying tests to support our development projects
- Standardisation, optimisation and further development of test procedures, test programmes and data evaluations
- Development of new test strategies for future products and technologies
- Support in establishing a globally standardised test platform
- Active collaboration with the departments of development, quality, industrial engineering, standards & certification, production and product management
- Reading, understanding and implementing relevant international standards and norms
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in test engineering, ideally in a certified testing laboratory
- Expertise in electrical testing methods, test technologies as well as data analysis and evaluation of test results
- Industry knowledge and experience with electrical and ideally optical connectors as well as cable systems is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Additional language skills in Hungarian or Chinese are a plus
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Proactivity and enthusiasm for developing innovative solutions
