Would you like to actively help shape Swiss timber construction and further develop the market for our innovative and sustainable STRATTURA cross-laminated timber solutions? In this versatile position, you combine sales, technology, and network maintenance, making a decisive contribution to the growth of a future-oriented business field.

Your tasks:

• Active development and expansion of the market for STRATTURA products
• Implementation of sales and market development strategy
• Acquisition of new customers and exploration of new market potentials
• Technical and commercial advice to customers and project participants
• Support and expansion of customer, planner, and partner networks
• Coordination and follow-up of quotations and sales projects
• Sales support of projects up to contract conclusion
• Maintenance of the sales pipeline as well as sales administration and reporting

Your profile:

• Successful vocational training in the construction industry or technical basic training with further education
• Experience in sales, technical consulting, project management, or project development
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Structured and independent working style
• Willingness to travel within the defined market area of German-speaking Switzerland
• Business fluent German skills (at least C1, spoken and written). French skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital working tools
