Cleaning Team Leader (a)

The working hours are scheduled, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Your tasks:

Supervision of cleaning activities for our mandate in the mechatronics sector
Operational management of a team of maintenance employees
Responding to requests (tickets, phone, etc.)
Management and coordination of daily tasks (cleaning team)
Daily cleaning of premises
Quality control
Management of cleaning material orders
Coordination between staff and human resources
Training of new collaborators

Your profile:

Diploma/certificate in managing a cleaning team
Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the cleaning sector (e.g., cleaning agent, operations agent) or an equivalent recognized qualification
Several years of professional experience in the service sector and maintenance activities
Computer literacy, especially Excel
Good command of French C1
Sense of responsibility
Helpful with a strong customer orientation
Autonomy, well-developed team spirit
