About the job
For a modern care institution in the city of St. Gallen, we are looking for an experienced health specialist for a temporary assignment.
The institution has around 50 care places, spread over five residential groups, including a protected dementia residential group.
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly people
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts
Tasks
- Individual care and support of residents
- Implementation of treatment-related nursing measures within own competence
- Observation and communication of care-relevant changes
- Proper nursing documentation
- Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
