In this role, you ensure the timely and high-quality processing of payment transactions and support the team with complex clarifications. Gradually, you will develop into the deputy head of payment transactions. In addition, you will take on additional tasks from customer service in the future to further strengthen the collaboration between these two departments.

Your profile:

Forward-thinking mindset and ability to assess the impact of individual process steps holistically

Ideally, solid knowledge of payment transactions in a banking environment

Technical flair and enthusiasm for process optimizations related to system adjustments

Interest and openness regarding collaboration with internal departments

Friendly, professional interaction with internal and external customers as well as a strong service orientation
