• Shift management including personnel management and ordering
• Representation of branch management during their absence, including creating work schedules, checking invoices, and general office tasks
• Committed, expert advice and friendly service to our customers
• Operating the cash register including daily accounting
• Inventory management and product presentation of the sales assortment
• Compliance with the prescribed order and cleanliness in the TopShop and gas station areas

• Completed training or several years of experience in retail, ideally in the food industry
• Service-oriented, independent, and reliable working style
• Resilient and flexible regarding work assignments (early and late shifts from 05:00 to 22:00)
• Very good knowledge of German is required
