Our client is a company based in French-speaking Switzerland, urgently looking to complete their team and is recruiting several:

Building Manager - Concierge (m/f/d) – 50% to 100%

This position is available for buildings in the canton of VAUD but also in FRIBOURG, NEUCHÂTEL, GENEVA and VALAIS.

Responsibilities

• Minor maintenance work and first-level interventions
• General building surveillance and reporting of anomalies
• Coordination with craftsmen and external service providers (requesting quotes, organising interventions, monitoring work)
• Close contact with occupants and property management
• Compliance with safety instructions and internal procedures
