• Deputise for the Head of Quality and Process Management
• Contribute to the further development of the integrated process, quality and risk management system
• Plan, lead and support quality and process optimisation projects
• Support clinics, institutes and directorates in analysing, optimising and standardising processes
• Further develop clinical and company-wide risk management
• Conduct risk workshops and monitor measures to reduce risks
• Plan, conduct and follow up on audits, certifications, inspections
• Develop and monitor quality indicators and prepare reports and presentations for various management levels
• Feedback management
• Promote a sustainable quality and safety culture throughout the company
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

• University degree in healthcare
• Further training in quality, process and/or risk management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in quality, process or risk management, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in leading projects and interdisciplinary working groups
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• High social competence, persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
