Your tasks
- Shaping and implementing vocational rehabilitation for people with addiction disorders (work-related behavioural observations according to Melba, occupational therapies, internal stress tests including monitoring, e.g. in the area of gardening and landscaping)
- Placement of rehabilitants in external work trials including monitoring and evaluation as well as resolving conflicts between companies and rehabilitants
- Acquisition of new positions for external stress trials
- Preparation and implementation of individual and group therapies (e.g. crafts and creative therapies, IT training, cognitive training)
- Documentation of services provided in the hospital information system
- Participation in social medical performance assessment
- Documentation and preparation of final reports
- Participation in team meetings, supervisions and intervisions, further education and training
- Further development of the occupational/ergotherapeutic treatment concept
Your profile
- Completed training in occupational / ergotherapy
- An appreciative attitude and enjoyment in working with people with addiction / mental illness
- Commitment, flexibility, social competence and enjoyment of multiprofessional teamwork
