Your tasks
- Operational service management: organisation, leading 6 to 8 employees, personnel deployment planning for the service team
- Quality & complaint management: professional handling of warranty work as well as goal- and customer-oriented processing of customer complaints.
- Deputising for the department head
- Site coordination
- Customer care: competent contact person for private customers, property management and business partners from the first enquiry to acceptance.
- Work preparation: preparation of offers, material disposition as well as report and measurement control.
- Customer care, execution planning to acceptance
- Handling customer complaints as well as executing and following up on warranty orders
- Preparing offers, scheduling materials and checking reports and measurements
- Organising and scheduling service deployments as well as planning optimal personnel deployment in day-to-day business
- Supporting and representing the bathroom renovation management in consultation meetings, planning tasks and coordination of execution work
Your profile
- Training as a sanitary installer EFZ or heating installer EFZ
- Further training as chief foreman, building services project manager with federal diploma or technician HF (planned or still in training)
- Driving licence category B
- Customer-friendly, responsible and quality-conscious as well as independent personality with organisational talent
- Good comprehension, systematic and rational way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- German: confident in style
