You are the central interface between modern medical technology and the best possible patient care. As a specialist in clinical care, you empathetically accompany patients through the therapy process in the areas of ventilation, sleep apnoea, and oxygen therapy.
Role and Positioning
In this versatile role, you are responsible for the care of clinics and patients. You act as a competent contact person for:
- Internal: Close coordination with other departments within Vivisol.
- External: Patients, prescribing doctors (pulmonologists), and clinics.
Main Tasks
Patient Care & Therapy Initiation (50%)
- Training: Instruction and adjustment of new patients to therapy according to medical prescription.
- Support: Continuous care of patients (motivation, problem management) to ensure therapy success.
- Telemedicine: Use of modern methods for remote monitoring and data evaluation.
Clinical Analysis & Coordination (30%)
- Therapy Control: Conducting clinical data analyses and coordinating results with treating physicians.
- Consultations: Organisation and conduct of consultations in cooperation with pulmonology practices.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting annual device inspections.
Administration & Organisation (20%)
- Documentation: Careful maintenance of patient records and clinical data.
- Area Management: Independent organisation of appointments in the greater Bern area.
Desired Profile
Education and Experience :
- Qualification as a Swiss Registered Nurse.
- Specialisation in intensive care, anaesthesia care, or experience in non-invasive ventilation (Coughassist) and sleep apnoea is an advantage.
- A valid car driving licence is mandatory.
Language Skills :
- German: Business fluent (for the Zurich/Bern region).
- English: Knowledge is an advantage.
IT & Tools :
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a great advantage.
Personal Competencies :
- Empathy: A fine sense for the needs of patients.
- Reliability: High degree of personal responsibility and team spirit.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the care area.
