• Analysis, further development, and implementation of improvements in the existing quality management
• Documentation and monitoring of quality process workflows
• Identification, control, and planning of systematic quality cases
• Leadership of a quality taskforce for extensive quality cases
• Coordination of certifications, conducting audits, and introduction of new certifications
• Support of internal departments in complying with quality guidelines and handling cross-departmental quality cases
• Creation of analyses, reports, reportings, and presentations

• Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic or similar)
• Experience in quality management and certifications, ideally in industry or production
• Further training in quality management (QM auditor, certifications such as IATF / ISO 9001/14001 advantageous)
• Empathetic, communicative personality with a strong focus on quality and customer orientation
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and team-capable working style
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of 2 team members
• Very good German and English skills
