About the job

• Picking and palletising finished products according to orders as well as timely provision of goods.
• Preparation, handling and documentation of forwarding orders.
• Organisation and provision of containers and packaging materials to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Processing and booking of returns in the quarantine warehouse as well as coordination of further steps with quality assurance.
• Coordination of goods and material collection as well as proper handover to drivers.
• Compliance with hygiene, quality and biosecurity regulations as well as participation in the optimisation of logistical processes at the new location.
• Safe operation of industrial trucks, especially sit-down and pedestrian stackers.

• Experience in warehouse, picking or production logistics, ideally in the food industry.
• Good knowledge of logistical processes from goods receipt to shipping and returns.
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) or several years of professional experience in logistics.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2).
• Independent, reliable and careful working style.
• Valid forklift licence for sit-down and/or pedestrian stackers or willingness to acquire it at short notice.
• Team spirit, flexibility and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
