The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
Spitex Regional forms an important part of the care offering. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
Would you like to take on a role where you assume leadership responsibility and actively participate in HR at the same time?
Management and coordination of the small HR service team (consisting of HR admin and HR payroll)
Management of HR projects (process optimizations, digitization, and automation)
Administrative assurance of the entire HR life cycle from entry to exit (excluding recruitment/payroll)
Support in absence management
Providing information to supervisors, employees, social insurances, and authorities
Hub function in all administrative matters
Responsibility for file management
Coordination of civil service assignments
Close cooperation with the HR area managers and HR management
Commercial vocational training as well as further education in Human Resources
Many years of professional experience in personnel administration (experience in healthcare is an advantage)
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
Proficient use of MS Office (Word/Excel), preferably with LOBOS, PEP Polypoint, Swiss+ and Umantis
Experience in implementing HR projects (e.g., process optimization or digitization)
Proactive and solution-oriented personality
First leadership experience is an advantage
High resilience and enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholders
