Key Account Director Facility Management 80%-100%- Central contact person for operational, strategic and conceptual matters across the entire building and service portfolio in the field of Facility Management (headquarters)
- Consolidation and expansion of customer relationships including implementation of contract-compliant service delivery
- Innovation partner for the development of concepts to ensure, improve and optimise all FM services
- Contact person for partners and subcontractors at global sites (international)
- Cost and budget responsibility within the mandate
- Professional and personnel management of employees (2 direct, 40 in total)
- Reporting and quality management
- Higher business or technical education (FH, HF, university)
- Several years of experience in sales, key account management or corporate management
- Sound knowledge in the field of Facility Management as well as leadership experience
- Negotiation-level German and English skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong solution and decision-making competence
- High understanding of business contexts
- Driving licence category B and impeccable reputation
