The Baths Department belongs to the Society Division and is responsible for the management and operation of the indoor pool as well as the outdoor pools - Strandbad Rietliau and Seebad Brettlibad -. For the 2026 bathing season (until 30 September 2026) we are looking for our lakeside pools immediately or by arrangement for a
Your areas of responsibility include
- Responsibility for flawless pool operation
- Maintenance, care and cleaning of the entire infrastructure of the Strandbad/Seebad
- Ensuring safety and hygiene
- Friendly and competent care of bathers
- Assistance in the indoor pool as needed
What you bring
- a completed training as a lifeguard (SLRG certificate/Pool Pro and Lake Module or IGBA/Pro and Lake Module)
- ideally a craft/technical vocational training
- Flexibility regarding irregular working hours (evening and weekend shifts)
- Strong team skills
- Service-oriented personality with good manners and enjoyment in contact with our bathers
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
