Ward Manager at the Care Centre

We care for our residents and their relatives with professional expertise and a great deal of human commitment. The situations of our residents are mostly complex. Treatment, care and support of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social or psychological matters.

• Organisation of care and support for residents with moderate to severe care needs within the framework of long-term care and transitional care (34 places)
• Planning, management and monitoring of the entire care process (Kisim, RAI-NH)
• Personnel and professional leadership as well as advice for approx. 35 employees
• Identification of action and development needs as well as initiation and implementation of corresponding measures at ward level, taking into account the service mandate
• Implementation of the training mandate on the ward
• Assistance in care as needed (around 50%)

• have completed vocational training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• bring further training in leadership or several years of experience in a similar role
• possess specialist knowledge and expertise in geriatrics, palliative care and dementia
