Caretaker Casa Sentupada (40%)

from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for renting out Casa Sentupada in Siat to third parties - from receiving reservations to invoicing
• Cleaning and maintenance of the Casa Sentupada property including laundry and preparation of rooms for guests
• Inspection and monitoring of technical systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
• Maintenance of the building surroundings (excluding lawn mowing)

Your profile

• Experience in caretaking and/or cleaning services
• Willingness to work irregular hours and at weekends
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Service-oriented and friendly personality
• Basic knowledge of IT applications (including MS Outlook)
• Residence in the local area
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of Romansh is desirable
