Production Team Leader Vulcanizing CNC Machining (m/f/d)

For our Vulcanizing division, we are looking for a committed Team Leader Vulcanizing CNC Machining (m/f/d).

Your main tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of the production team in 1–3 shift operation
• Ensuring an efficient, high-quality production process in CNC milling and turning
• Planning and controlling capacities, schedules, and production orders
• Support in CNC programming and design of clamping fixtures
• Ensuring quality, safety, and process standards
• Promotion and development of employees and team culture
• Introduction of new technologies, processes, and automation solutions
• Initiating and accompanying continuous improvement processes (CIP/5S)
• Analysis and resolution of quality, material, and equipment issues
  

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ
• Specialist and/or leadership training (master craftsman, higher technical college/university of applied sciences advantageous)
• Several years of production and leadership experience in mechanical manufacturing
• Very good knowledge of CNC and CAM programming
• Experience in production planning, lean management, and change management
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics D365)
• High social competence and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Very good German skills, English advantageous
