To strengthen the team in our residential home Murbacherstrasse, we are looking for an experienced social pedagogue FH to start immediately or by arrangement. If you have a passion for your work and a strong will to positively change the lives of others, then you are exactly right with us!
- Responsible for the care and support of the residents, especially in the role of key worker
- Guiding and supporting the residents in everyday activities such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, taking medication, managing personal finances, and leisure activities
- Supervision of social pedagogy students
- Collaboration and coordination with external organisations related to care (social services, therapists, workplaces, guardianship authorities, etc.)
- Participation in crisis interventions
- Organisation and coordination of special events within the residential group
- Regular and active participation in department meetings, sector meetings, staff meetings, and supervisions
- Administration of care-related data
- Co-design of communal areas
- Assistance with building maintenance
What you bring
You have a degree in social work (social work, social pedagogy) and ideally a completed practical instructor course or are willing to complete one. Organisational skills are among your strengths, you are resilient and respond flexibly to demands. In addition, you enjoy working in a team and solve problems constructively and solution-oriented. The willingness to work flexible shifts if required, and an independent and responsible working style complete your profile.
