Property Development Manager (6 months fixed-term)

About the job

The Person

• Fluent German and English skills

• Project management experience in the implementation of property development projects at multiple locations.
• Ideally experience in or with large organisations in customer-oriented sectors such as leisure, hospitality or retail.

• Experience in managing external contractors and consultants, as well as internal stakeholders.

• Proactive, responsible, practical, adaptable and able to respond quickly to a rapidly changing environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex matters simply and influence at leadership level.

• Commercially savvy, able to assess investment decisions considering members’ and brand expectations balanced with required returns.

• Process-oriented, with the ability to identify and eliminate waste through the application of Lean principles.

• Ideally a professional qualification in construction project management, construction cost planning, architecture or similar fields.
