Your Tasks

• The focus of your work is inpatient care, where you jointly take on the professional leadership of the interdisciplinary team in a partnership-based dual leadership together with the nursing ward management.
• Together with assistant physicians and psychologists, you ensure quality-oriented therapeutic and medical care.
• You accompany and promote the assigned assistant physicians and assistant psychologists with structured training and regular supervision.
• Together with the senior physician team and nursing management, you continuously develop the concepts and direction of the ward.

Your Profile

• As a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or nearing the completion of your training, you bring the professional foundation for this position.
• A valid professional practice licence from the canton of St. Gallen is required for your work, or you are willing to obtain it before starting the position.
• You appreciate inpatient work with mentally ill patients as well as close collaboration in an interdisciplinary team at eye level and embody a recovery-oriented attitude.
• With your independent and responsible working style, you make confident decisions and at the same time convince through flexibility, team spirit, and communication skills.
• Your willingness for continuous development as well as very good German skills at least at C1 level complete your profile.
