Back Office Coordinator (Mail Distribution)

Your tasks:

Management of incoming/outgoing mail
Distribution of incoming mail into mailboxes.
Postage of outgoing mail and registration of registered mail
Parcel management
Various administrative tasks
Hours: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Mondays and Tuesdays

Your profile:

Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
Fluency in French
Strong service orientation
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized
Good adaptability to a new environment
