The Rotacher Care Center is an important partner in healthcare for the sponsoring municipalities of Dietlikon, Wallisellen, and Wangen-Brüttisellen. 108 people are competently and professionally cared for by 160 employees in single and double rooms in long-term, transitional, and short-term care as well as in dementia and psychiatric care.

• Implementation of individual care, support, and treatment interventions, ensuring the care process within the scope of competencies. Recognizing changes and emergency situations and taking appropriate measures within the scope of competencies
• Ensuring daily activities for residents based on individual planning
• Co-responsible for smooth workflow in the department and corresponding execution of organizational tasks such as order, procurement, cleaning, laundry services, etc.

• High professional, social, and personal competence
• Training or further education as Assistant Health and Social Services EBA; SRK recognition is mandatory for foreign professional qualifications
• You see yourself as part of a multiprofessional team and share responsibility for collaboration
• Computer skills (Word, Lobos, etc.)
