Your Tasks

Telephone consulting and support for our customers
Recording offers and orders in our ERP system (proAlpha)
Ensuring efficient order processing up to invoicing
Documentation of customer data and communication in CRM (MS Dynamics)
Close collaboration with the field service throughout the entire sales process
Processing complaints and warranties

Your Profile

Commercial basic training
Technical know-how is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in the construction ancillary industry is an advantage
Enjoyment in communicating with customers
Good knowledge in reading construction plans as well as spatial imagination
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
Very good German in spoken and written form
