For August 2026, we are looking for a motivated apprentice as
Cook EFZ or Kitchen Assistant EBA
Your tasks include:
- knowing and considering typical regional products
- ensuring that the dishes are healthy and balanced
- preparing the daily mise en place
- strictly adhering to the specified recipes
- complying with and ensuring our hygiene regulations at the highest quality
- consistent implementation of internal HACCP guidelines
- preparing soups, salads, meat dishes, vegetables, or desserts and using the appropriate kitchen equipment, knives, and pans
- using various preparation methods, such as boiling, sautéing, steaming, braising, gratinating, and frying

In this training, you will learn the preparation of hot and cold dishes as well as the entire process according to modern production methods. Additionally, you will present the dishes decoratively, contributing to the well-being of residents and guests. Some assignments at banquets and events complete your range of activities. You are a committed individual who enjoys cooking and food. You have completed compulsory schooling and want to bring your creativity into this profession. Camaraderie and teamwork are important to you. A meaningful and varied learning and activity field as well as a cheerful team await you.
