What you will achieve

• You will learn the real estate business in all its facets

• You will communicate with our tenants as well as with internal and external parties (caretakers, tradespeople, etc.)

• You will independently take on various real estate-specific tasks, e.g. preparing rental contracts, processing invoices, and so on

• You will independently take responsibility for your development – the goal is for you to discover your personal passion

• You will be involved both in the operational day-to-day business and in supporting and developing various projects

What you bring

• You are in the final year of compulsory schooling (middle or highest school level) or already attending a further education school and have good grades

• Your reliability, openness, and enjoyment in dealing with people are among your strengths

• You are interested in economic and legal topics

• You bring the openness to discover new things and to work with different people
