Your Tasks
- Preparation of consultations
- Reception and care of our patients in the new Ambulatory Neurocentre
- Ordering of images and findings
- Performing blood draws and wound checks
- Processing the general mailbox and referrals
- Mail handling and telephone service
- Supporting the secretariat with administrative tasks (e.g. planning recalls etc.)
Your Profile
- Experience in administrative activities, ideally in a hospital environment
- Completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, KISIM and Ibi-Care advantageous)
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, good foreign language skills advantageous
- Team player, reliable and trustworthy
- Independent, efficient and precise working style
- Resilient even in hectic situations, with a clear view of priorities
