Certified Nurse or Health Professional 60-100% with Additional Role as Vocational Trainer

Your Tasks

You accompany and support our trainees (FaGe) during their training.
You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily.
You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents.
You regularly work actively in nursing care.
You independently and thoroughly manage the electronic nursing documentation.

What You Bring

Training as a certified nurse HF/FH or a comparable qualification with corresponding SRK recognition.
Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it.
Willingness to take on weekend and on-call duties.
You have professional experience in inpatient long-term care and in dealing with people with dementia.
Commitment and flexibility in long-term care and challenging situations.
Independent and precise working style.
Good oral and written German skills.
Good Care Coach and RAI knowledge, especially RAI LTCF, are an advantage.
You enjoy improving and ensuring care quality and can also inspire your team to do so.
