As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for
an IT Support Technician (80-100%)
Responsibilities :
Ticket management
Receive customer requests by phone and email
Enter and track all types of customer tickets in our service management tool
Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level
User support
Manage level 1 incidents and service requests, provide technical assistance by phone and travel to the client if necessary
Advise and guide users in their daily IT use and ensure their satisfaction
Ensure installation and maintenance of the IT equipment
Perform on-site interventions
IT equipment management
Prepare equipment in the workshop: install, configure, and deploy workstations and applications
Perform hardware troubleshooting, implement repairs and/or provide workarounds
Handle the warranty tracking process for defective items
Documentation update and continuous improvement
Document incidents and resolution methods
Contribute to enriching, maintaining, and ensuring the consistency of the knowledge base
Contribute to writing procedures, forms, and user guides
Profile sought :
Certified and recognized training in Switzerland in the field of Helpdesk, IT and/or proven experience of at least 2 years in this activity area.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows 10, Office suite, Microsoft 365) and experience with service management tools
Good knowledge of desktop applications
Knowledge of ITIL
English, minimum B1
Driving license required
Service orientation, analytical mindset
Respect for rules, priorities, and deadlines
Writing skills
Residence required in the Lake Geneva region
