Kaltband AG is a successful Swiss family business with over 100 employees. We develop and produce high-quality cold-rolled and hardened strip steels for demanding customers and applications worldwide.

Due to retirement, we are looking for a successor as

Head of Human Resources 60–80 %

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the human resources of Kaltband AG and act as a competent contact person for employees and managers on all HR matters. You will ensure the entire personnel administration from A to Z as well as payroll accounting and accompany the entire employee lifecycle. In close cooperation with management, you will further develop HR processes and regulations and actively contribute to personnel-related issues.

As an HR generalist, you have completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification and bring several years of professional experience in a versatile HR role. You are familiar with Swiss labour law and personnel administration from A to Z and are also proficient in payroll accounting. You are confident in using HR software, time recording systems, and common MS Office applications.

You work independently, pragmatically, and service-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and appreciate direct exchange with employees and managers. As an open and trustworthy personality, you contribute to uncomplicated and collegial collaboration.
