About the job
Comfone was founded in 1997 and is today one of the most successful roaming providers worldwide. Operating in international mobile communications, we support more than 600 operators in 186 countries. We are a Swiss company based in Bern with regional offices in Europe, Latin America, North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Our team consists of around 120 employees (about one hundred work in Bern) and over 40 different nationalities. That is why English is our company language. All this makes us unique!

Hubbing
You will gain insight into our international core business and learn how roaming connections between mobile network operators work. You will take on varied commercial tasks and work with international partners.
Financial Clearing
You will assist in processing enquiries, maintain contacts and help ensure that billing and payments between international partners run smoothly.
Finance
You will learn the basics of accounting, support daily business and communicate in German and English with internal and external contacts.
Human Resources
You will gain insight into the various areas of HR and support administrative and organisational tasks concerning our employees. You will learn what it takes for people to feel comfortable and work well at Comfone.
And who knows – maybe you will discover other exciting areas at Comfone during your apprenticeship.

- You are curious, open and willing to learn.
- You work reliably and independently, but also enjoy working in a team.
- You enjoy numbers and commercial tasks.
- You like to communicate and are interested in languages and other cultures.
- You are motivated to take responsibility and contribute your own ideas.
- Good school performance and interest in German, English, French and mathematics.
- Secondary school or equivalent education; we are also happy to consider other school profiles individually.
English is our company language – so you should enjoy using English in everyday work.
