Your role – with responsibility and impact
- Monitoring and controlling deadlines, costs, and quality of our projects including their billing
- Active customer consulting and preparation of offers including their calculation
- Disposition of materials / equipment and management of assembly personnel
- Coordination with construction management and interface trades including participation in construction meetings / negotiations
- Active involvement in acquiring new projects and customers
Your profile – competent & structured
- Completed basic training in a related industry, e.g., plasterer, painter, carpenter or similar is an advantage.
- Motivating leadership style and pronounced team competence
- Experienced project administration and forward-looking working method
- Strong communication skills, coordination talent, and organizational depth
- Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented, independent action
