Your tasks
In this role, you lead the Programme Management area of the Business Unit Open Programmes and ensure an efficient, high-quality implementation of our executive education programmes.
- Overall responsibility for the operational planning and implementation of the Open Programmes ES HSG
- Ensuring an excellent participant experience in programme delivery
- Leadership and further development of the Programme Management team in the Open Programmes area of ES HSG
- Resource planning and optimal deployment control of the team
- Ensuring efficient processes and high quality standards throughout the entire programme life cycle
- Close collaboration with Programme Directors as well as internal interfaces (Marketing, Sales)
- Monitoring relevant KPIs and deriving and implementing optimisation measures
- Further development and standardisation of processes and tools in programme management
- Initiation and implementation of improvement and innovation projects at the Executive School in the area of programme management
Your profile
- Higher education degree or university degree (University/FH), ideally in education, business administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in the education or continuing education environment
- Leadership experience and enthusiasm for staff development
- Experience in the operational management of programmes, projects or operational units
- Strong organisational skills as well as a high quality and service awareness
- Strong communication skills and confident handling of different stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills
