To further expand our team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who competently advises customers, develops customised solutions, and acts as a central interface between customers, sales, and internal specialist departments.

Your Contribution

• Technical advice and support for customers in demanding applications in measurement and automation technology
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable technical solution approaches
• Preparation, calculation, and active follow-up of offers
• Independent processing and clarification of technical customer enquiries
• Close cooperation with sales, product management, international plants, and order processing
• Coordination, support, and assistance with technical issues during the order phase
• Maintenance and documentation of customer and project data in the CRM system

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed technical basic training with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics, or automation, as well as further training at HF, FH level or comparable qualification
• Experience in industrial measurement technology, electrical/automation technology, process engineering, or a related technical field
• Enjoyment in customer consulting and developing technical solutions
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external customers
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• French language skills are an advantage
