- Administrative follow-up of projects (offers, contracts, invoices)
- Monitoring Excel spreadsheets (listings, schedules, budgets)
- Processing of tenders

- Commercial correspondence
- Various administrative tasks related to the position
- Commercial employee CFC training or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative position, ideally in the construction sector based in Switzerland
