Carpenter – Project Manager – for Long-Term Employment
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for interior construction projects from order placement to final invoice
- Preparation of production documents and organisation of material orders
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of project processes
- Organisation and management of installation work
- Contact person for customers, architects and suppliers
- Control and monitoring of deadlines, quality and costs
Requirements
- Training in the carpentry profession with appropriate further education
- (e.g. AVOR, project manager, master carpenter or HF technician)
- Experience in interior construction or project management is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in actively shaping projects
- Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and project partners
