Our client is an established retirement home in Switzerland, providing a home for around 100 residents across several residential buildings and distinguished by a respectful informal culture and modern working tools. Thanks to its quiet yet easily accessible location and contemporary employment conditions, the company creates an attractive working environment for its employees. To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a committed and empathetic Health Specialist EFZ (50-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Health Specialist EFZ 50-100 (m/f/d)

- Ensuring professional and holistic care of the residents

- Recognising individual needs and timely action in emergencies

- Participation in quality assurance and further development of care quality

- Management of electronic care documentation on tablets

- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional groups

- Care and support of residents throughout the entire day shift

- Completed training as FAGE EFZ or equivalent

- Professional experience, ideally in long-term care

- Good German language skills, spoken and written

- IT affinity for electronic care documentation

- High social and professional competence in dealing with the elderly

- Independent, responsible working style

- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team

- Willingness for specialised further training
