About the job
These are your tasks
- Professional support and responsibility in the learning process design of FaGe trainees in the 1st year of apprenticeship
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of internal learning and educational lessons for FaGe trainees
- Close cooperation with the training managers, ward managers and the wider interdisciplinary team
- Participation in the recruitment process
What you bring with you
- HF/FH nursing diploma with experience in psychiatric settings and a completed pedagogical additional qualification (SVEB-1 or higher)
- High professional and social competence as well as good communication skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
What you can expect
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
