About the job

• Independent management of commercial and residential properties including the preparation of rental contracts and amendments for the Northwestern Switzerland region
• Representation of the Coop Cooperative as property owner and tenant in rented properties vis-à-vis tenants, landlords, craftsmen and authorities
• Conducting inspections and handovers of rental properties
• Responsibility for quality, preservation of value and further development of the properties
• Preparation of tenant statements, property condition reports and responsibility for data maintenance

• You have professional experience in property management
• You have completed further training as a property manager with a Swiss federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
• You are proficient and comfortable with digital media
• You hold a category B driving licence
